Care Quality Commission report rates the Willows as not only good, but OUTSTANDING
The CQC is sponsored by the Department of Health and Social Care. It is an independent regulator of all health and social care in England and ensures the quality and safety of care in Care Homes.
The CQC conducts regular inspections of all Care Homes and publishes their findings to ensure people are given safe, effective, compassionate and high-quality care, and to encourage care services to improve where necessary. In the most recent inspection of the Willows they found:
‘People who lived at the home continued to receive personalised care which was very responsive to their individual needs. Staff had an excellent understanding of the care and support people required and provided this with great care and patience.’
‘Without exception everyone we spoke with including people who lived at the home, their visitors and healthcare professionals couldn’t praise the home high enough. People who lived at the home told us how happy and well cared for they were.’
