WELCOME HOME
Our multi-award-winning home is a unique member of a group of three closely connected residential homes for older people in North-West England, established under sole ownership in September 2004. 'The Willows', as it is known locally, has firmly established itself as one of the finest and highly respected boutique care homes on the Fylde Coast area of Lancashire.
The Willows is rated as ‘outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and has been recognised by the Gold Standards Framework for End of Life Care as a ‘Beacon’ Home, the highest possible award available – and one of only two such care homes in Blackpool to achieve ‘Platinum Status’. Our lovely home has also been given a GOLD Award by Investor in People for commitment to staff development and best practice. The Willows has an ongoing refurbishment programme covering the house and grounds. We currently have twenty-six comfortable, fully en-suite bedrooms, many of which have been recently remodelled into chic, contemporary rooms with elegant style. Thanks to the dedication of our superb staff, we can offer an unrivalled quality Care Home nestling among the peace and tranquillity of rural Marton Moss.

The Willows is a small, purpose-built ‘low rise’ complex offering ground floor accommodation only; there are no stairs or lifts to negotiate to the bedrooms, orangery or communal lounges and dining areas. Every resident’s room is comfortable and bright, with the advantage of its own direct access to an outdoor garden area or patio within our secure, safe grounds. We have only twenty-six lovely bedrooms, one of which is suitable for a couple.

Understanding that activity helps sustain physical and mental health is a key aspect
of care. That is why we have a full-time Lifestyle & Wellbeing co-ordinator to help
everyone at the Willows stay active and independent.
